Features and Applications

Austenitic-ferritic wire for welding all grades of super duplex stainless steels.

Provides matching chemistry and mechanical property characteristics to wrought super duplex alloys such as 2507 and Zeron 100.

Excellent resistance to aggressive environments as well as to pitting and crevice corrosion in warm seawater applications.

The presence of Cu and W provides superior resistance to sulphuric and hydrochloric acids when compared to similar alloys without these additions.

Improved resistance over austenitic stainless to erosion corrosion and fatigue.

Precision layer wound for superior wire feeding characteristics.

Typically used in the oil and gas industries, seawater systems, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries etc.
